  • The service has partially started but remains incomplete – You may be eligible for a partial refund, based on the work completed.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • The service was successfully completed.

  • The customer violated the Terms of Service (e.g., logging into the account during a piloted boost).

  • Delays caused by game-side issues, such as server outages, maintenance, or updates beyond our control.
