  • The service has partially started, but is incomplete (partial refund available).

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • If the service was completed successfully.

  • If a customer violates the Terms of Service (e.g., logging into the account during a boost).

  • If the delay is due to game-related issues (server outages, maintenance, etc.).
